We want you to love your UGG Collection purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Place the items back in their original UGG Collection shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
